working properly, then the rest of your body will be off balance.Athlete's Foot This is due to a fungal infection affecting the skin of the foot. This microorganism lives in moist dark areas and is contagious. The term athlete's foot comes from the fact that the disease is often a result of walking around barefoot in a locker room. This deformity develops gradually and can cause pain from shoes rubbing against the enlarged bone. The pain may ease up slightly or disappear and then return with the first steps after a period of inactivity.
